Privacy policy: Luma Horoscopes
Last updated: 2 October 2026. This policy covers lumahoroscopes.pages.dev.
Who we are
Luma Horoscopes is run by Kirolos Costa in Egypt. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Contact: lumahoroscope@gmail.com.
The Venus retrograde tool
Your birth date is calculated in your browser and never leaves your device. Your browser works out your signs and builds your guide from files that are the same for everyone. We don't receive, see or store your birth date, your signs or your guide. The tool page has no ads, no analytics, no videos and no other third-party code. Saving your guide as a PDF saves it only where you choose. Browser features or extensions you use (for example page translation or autofill) are controlled by you and your browser provider, not by us.
Visiting our site
Like any website, our host, Cloudflare (USA, global network), receives technical details when your browser loads a page: your IP address, browser type, the page address and the time. Cloudflare processes these for us to deliver and protect the site, and also under its own privacy policy for security. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report connection problems with our site to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging); these reports contain technical details such as the page address, your IP address and the type of error, and help keep the network reliable. We don't set our own cookies for tracking.
Analytics
We don't run any analytics or statistics tools on this site, and we don't set cookies or store anything on your device to measure visits. Our host, Cloudflare, shows us overall traffic totals from its own records of page loads (for example the number of requests per day); these totals don't identify anyone and we can't see individual visitors.
Advertising
We don't show ads at the moment. If we add them, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.
Videos
Some of our pages include our own YouTube videos. Until you press play, you see a preview image that we host ourselves, and nothing is loaded from YouTube or Google. When you press play, the video loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google receives your IP address and device details, and YouTube may store data in your browser (for example in local storage, IndexedDB or its cache) under Google's own terms and privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We don't control or read that data. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Contacting us
If you email us, we keep the conversation in our Gmail mailbox (Google, USA) for as long as needed to answer, and delete it after 12 months.
Legal bases
Delivering and securing the site: our legitimate interest (and, in Egypt, what's needed to provide the service you asked for). Playing a video: your request when you press play. Replying to your messages: our legitimate interest in answering you.
Transfers abroad
Cloudflare and Google are based in the USA and process data worldwide. For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, transfers to Cloudflare rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK and Swiss additions) in Cloudflare's data processing addendum. Your data may therefore be handled outside your country, including outside Egypt.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. The Venus tool collects nothing on our side.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (in practice, your messages to us), object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to lumahoroscope@gmail.com. You can also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center or, if you live in the EEA or UK, to your local data protection authority.
Entertainment only
Our horoscopes and guides are for entertainment and reflection, not predictions or professional advice.
